2020 census, there were 59,519 people in Queen Creek. The
population density was . The median age was 35.8 years. 31.2% of residents were under the age of 18, 6.3% were under the age of 5, and 12.2% were 65 years of age or older. For every 100 females, there were 98.9 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 95.4 males. 98.8% of residents lived in urban areas, while 1.2% lived in rural areas.
