Robert W. "Crock" Parker Jr. was an American football and track and field coach. He served as the head football coach at Southwest Texas State College—now known as Texas State University–from 1954 to 1959, compiling a record of 30–17–3. Parker was also the head track coach and an assistant football coach at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.
