Saitama at-large district is a four-member constituency of the House of Councillors, the upper house of the national Diet of Japan. It consists of Saitama and elects four Councillors for six-year terms every three years by single non-transferable vote.

Overview
The constituency represents the entire population of Saitama Prefecture. The district elects eight Councillors to six-year terms, four each at alternating elections held every three years.
