Seeley first appeared as a
census designated place in the
1980 U.S. census. The whole population lived in households. There were 514 households, out of which 205 (39.9%) had children under the age of 18 living in them, 267 (51.9%) were married-couple households, 25 (4.9%) were

unmarried opposite-sex partnerships, and 2 (0.4%)
same-sex married couples or partnerships. 66 households (13.4%) were made up of individuals, and 27 (5.5%) had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.53. There were 410
