Serverus Jjumba, is a Ugandan Roman Catholic priest, who serves as the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Masaka.

Early years and education
He was born on 2 July 1962 at Katinnyondo, Kyannamukaaka, Masaka District, in the Buganda Region of Uganda, in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Masaka. His parents are the late Herman Jildo Ssebiranda and Leocadia Namazzi. ==Priesthood==
