Population At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 107 in 38 households, when it was in
Taher Gurab Rural District of the
Central District. The following census in 2011 counted 73 people in 27 households. The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 39 people in 18 households. In 2021, the rural district was separated from the district in the formation of
Taher Gurab District. Shekar Baghan was transferred to
Abatar Rural District created in the new district. ==See also==
