Skarpengland is a village in Vennesla municipality in Agder county, Norway. The village is located along the Norwegian National Road 9 about 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) east of the village of Øvrebø and about 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) north of Homstean. The large village of Vennesla lies about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) to the southeast and the city of Kristiansand lies about 23 kilometres (14 mi) to the south.
