Sporting CP. Competing in California for
Long Beach State University in the United States, Lavreshina broke a 36-year-old school record competing indoors in the
400 metres in January 2024, as she ran a time of 54.71 seconds. Lavreshina competed for Portugal in the women's 4 x 400 metres relay at the
2024 World Relays, in
Nassau, The Bahamas, and at the
2024 European Athletics Championships in
Rome. In August 2025, she won the 400 meters title at the Portuguese Championships, also placing third in the 400 metres hurdles behind
