Spartak Chernihiv is a Ukrainian women's football club from Chernihiv, Ukraine established in early 2000.

History
Origin Established in 2000, the club played in the 2015 First League competition. In 2016, the club was promoted to the Ukrainian Women's League for the 2017 season. Recently Time The new club takes Yunist ShVSM in 2017 the club was relocated to Plysky and was renamed as Yednist Plysky.
