Donald Steven Conley is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected in the third round of the 1996 NFL draft with the 72nd overall pick. Conley played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Indianapolis Colts in his three-year NFL career. He also played in the Canadian Football League (CFL) and the XFL.
