Subsequent developments
The majority of the act was repealed by section 29(4) of, and schedule 8 to, the Superannuation Act 1972 (c. 11), which came into force on 25 March 1972. The repeal extended to the whole act except sections 38, 39, 39A, 42(1), 95(1) and (2), 97(1) and (2)(a) and (c), 98, 104(1) and 106, schedule 8 and paragraphs 10 and 11 of schedule 10. == Notes ==
