nivation landforms on Mouskorbe above and especially above . Presently, precipitation at Mouskorbe is about . Former lakes in Tarso Emi Chi were inhabited by
snails such as
Euconulus fulvus,
Limnea trunculata,
Succinea pfeifferi and
Zonitoides nitidus, as well as by
diatoms,
grasses and
