Terbunsky District is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the eighteen in Lipetsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southwest of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,170 square kilometers (450 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality of Terbuny. Population: 20,837 (2021 census); 22,536 (2010 census); 24,068 ; 25,752 (1989 Soviet census). The population of Terbuny accounts for 37.2% of the district's total population.
