Tokyo 4th district is a single-member constituency of the House of Representatives, the lower house of the national Diet of Japan. It is located in southern Tokyo city and consists of much of Ōta Ward The seat is held by Masaaki Taira, a member of the Liberal Democratic Party since 2012.
