Ba Tri is a rural district (huyện) of Bến Tre province in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. As of 2004 the district had a population of 201,802. The district covers an area of 351 km2. The district capital lies at Ba Tri. In 2019, the population decreased to 184,734 people with a mean density of 530 people per square kilometer.
