Visitors to Antigua and Barbuda must obtain an Electronic Entry Visa (EEV), unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries.

Visa exemption
Holders of passports of the following countries can visit Antigua and Barbuda without a visa: Holders of diplomatic or official passports issued to nationals of Haiti & visa-exempt countries do not require a visa. Holders of a Laissez-Passer issued by the United Nations and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) traveling on duty do not required a visa. Antigua and Barbuda signed a visa exemption agreement with Serbia in January 2023 and Rwanda in July 2025, but they have yet to be ratified. ==Electronic Entry Visa==
