James Willard Ramsdell was an American professional baseball pitcher who appeared in 111 games in Major League Baseball for the Brooklyn Dodgers, Cincinnati Reds (1950–1951) and Chicago Cubs (1952). Known by his middle name, Ramsdell's reliance on his knuckleball led to the nickname "Willie the Knuck." He threw and batted right-handed and was listed as 5 feet 11 inches (1.80 m) tall and 165 pounds (75 kg).
