Barry Odom would become the new head coach for the 2023 season.

Andy Avalos. Boise State's defensive coordinator
Spencer Danielson was named as the interim head coach. On December 3, Danielson was promoted to the school's permanent head coach.

Sean Lewis would become the head coach for the 2024 season. Lewis had previously been offensive coordinator at
Colorado and the head coach of
