Latino of any race were 11% of the population. There were 2,577 households, out of which 24% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 44% were
married couples living together, 7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 8% were non-families. 39% of all households were made up of individuals. In the neighborhood the population was spread out, with 21% under the age of 18, 17% from 18 to 34, 23% from 35 to 49, 24% from 50 to 64, and 15% who were 65 years of age or older. For every 100 females, there were 98.4 males. The
per capita income for the neighborhood was $48,870. About 3% of the population were below the
