Bishop Emeritus of Fano, and
Ventura Buralini,
Bishop of Massa Marittima, serving as co-consecrators. He served as Bishop of Cassano all'Jonio until his resignation in 1579. While bishop, he was the principal consecrator of
Giuliano de' Medici (bishop),
