2020 census, Quincy had a population of 7,543. The median age was 28.8 years. 33.8% of residents were under the age of 18 and 10.2% of residents were 65 years of age or older. For every 100 females there were 97.6 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over there were 99.2 males age 18 and over. There were 2,304 households in Quincy, of which 49.3% had children under the age of 18 living in them.
