A flyweight rematch between former RIZIN Bantamweight Champion Manel Kape and former UFC Flyweight Championship challenger Kyoji Horiguchi (who is also a former RIZIN Flyweight and two-time RIZIN Bantamweight Champion, as well as former Bellator Bantamweight World Champion) is expected to serve as the event headliner. Mitch Raposo and Allan Nascimento were expected to meet in a flyweight bout at UFC Fight Night: Burns vs. Malott in April.
