census of 2000, From the 2000 census, there were 235 households, out of which 32.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 79.1% were
married couples living together, 6.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 12.8% were non-families. 11.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 3.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.70 and the average family size was 2.92. In the town, the population was spread out, with 23.8% under the age of 18, 7.7% from 18 to 24, 29.0% from 25 to 44, 29.8% from 45 to 64, and 9.8% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 40 years. For every 100 females, there were 102.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 100.8 males. The median income for a household in the city was $56,528, and the median income for a family was $59,375. Males had a median income of $44,107 versus $27,083 for females. The
per capita income for the city was $25,440. About 2.3% of families and 3.8% of the population were below the
poverty line, including 4.1% of those under age 18 and 2.7% of those age 65 or over. At the 2019
