St. Louis Rams After spending the first week of the 2007 season on the Chargers' practice squad, Leonard was signed by the
St. Louis Rams to their active roster on September 12, 2007, but was waived on October 6, 2007, after being inactive for three games.

Cleveland Browns off waivers on October 8, 2007. He played in four games during his rookie season. With the Browns in 2008, Leonard played in all 16 games, starting four at defensive end in place of an injured
